Notion
Connect your Notion workspace to EngageOne, what the connection does today, and how to disconnect it.
The Notion integration connects a Notion workspace to your EngageOne account. It's an early integration and is only shown if it's turned on for your account.
What it does today
Connecting Notion gives EngageOne permission to access the Notion pages and databases you choose during setup. It's intended to let the EngageOne AI Assistant use your Notion content as knowledge.
Important: Connecting Notion doesn't yet add your Notion pages to the EngageOne AI Assistant's knowledge. To teach the assistant today, add your content as documents or FAQs. See Documents and FAQs.
Before you start
- You need the Administrator role in EngageOne.
- You need permission to add integrations to your Notion workspace.
- If you don't see the Notion card under Settings → Integrations, it isn't turned on for your account.
Connect Notion
- Go to Settings → Integrations and click Configure on the Notion card.
- Click Connect.
- Notion opens. Choose your workspace, select the pages EngageOne may access and approve.
- You're sent back to EngageOne and the integration shows as connected.
Disconnect Notion
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Notion.
- Click Delete and confirm with Yes, Delete.
This removes EngageOne's access to your Notion workspace. You can also remove the connection from Notion's own settings, under your workspace's connections.
